Each engagemnent begins with a conversation. Once we have
developed a basic understanding of the client's organization and objectives, a consulting services agreement will be drafted
to define the scope, deliverables, estimated costs and timeline of the project. A project plan will then be created and resources
identified. The
format and frequency of status reports and the level of interaction with management and staff during the project will be tailored
to the client's needs.
The engagement will be concluded when
